Our Team

France Business Action is the logical result of Arnaud Leurent's passion for corporate international development. In parallel to his council activity designed for medium-size French companies willing to internationalize, A. Leurent now wants to mobilize his experience for foreign companies that aim to set up in France.

 

 

Founder : Arnaud LEURENT

 

Arnaud Leurent, graduated from the CESEM (Reims Management School) of Reims and London in 1988. He worked for 15 years as an Export Manager, Regional Director and Business Developer for companies such as Sagem, Oberthur, EADS and Michelin.

Later on, Arnaud Leurent entered the consulting sector: he has been Partnership Director at Alma Consulting Group and after that, Director of the M&A Department at Rivière Consulting before he founded his own Consulting and international development firm.

Arnaud Leurent is a French Foreign Trade Advisor (Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France) since 1998.

 

Business Development Manager : Christophe CHAPEAUCOU

 

 

Christophe CHAPEAUCOU has a degree in International Business from Ecole Supérieure du Marketing of Paris, France and held high responsibility positions over the past 20 years in international business development for companies such as LABINAL, AMG and VBK T.I.

Back in France in 2007 after 3 years in the USA as Director of Operations of AMG North America (an automotive Tier2 supplier), Christophe CHAPEAUCOU decided to be on the other side of the business by cofounding IBA, a group of experts in international business development.

Later on, he joined France Business Action and brought his skilled experience in business development and strategy.

 

Annick Delecroix

 

Senior Strategy Consultant : Annick DELECROIX

 

Annick DELECROIX has graduated from the ESCP Europe (Oxford-Madrid-Paris) in 1992.
After a 7-year career in Marketing and Sales in Industry (Thalès, Laboratoires Expanscience), she becomes a consultant in 2001. At first at the communication agency Canal55, then at Rivière Consulting, she worked as a communication, marketing and strategy consultant.

Annick DELECROIX is in charge of the evaluations and projections of company deployment: she produces market and competition analyses from various angles (law, demography, sociology…), shows the company’s deployment opportunities (new offers, new markets, new implantations, external growth), proposes recommendations for development axes and the implied investments, and builds the related business plan.

 

Natasha LITOVTSENKO

 

 


Born in Estonia, of Russian culture and education, Natasha LITOVTSENKO, lived and studied respectively in Estonia, Russia and France. She graduated from the Sorbonne and is specialized in Community Law as well as in international project management. She has worked for 2 years at Rivière Consulting within the Strategy department.

Senior analyst, Natasha LITOVTSENKO is experienced in competitive intelligence, strategic cartography methods, as well as geopolitical, micro-economic and competitive risk management.

 

Alexis KAISER

Alexis KAISER, hold a MSC in Business Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management and studied international relations issues and strategic intelligence at the Institut des Relations Internationales et Stratégiques (IRIS). He lived and worked in Germany, Sweden, and in the United-States.

He has experience as controller assistant, junior auditor and also in economic studies within internationally recognized groups: Moët Hennessy-Louis Vuitton, KPMG, BNP Paribas Economic Research.

His professional background allowed him to develop a deep interest in business and competitive intelligence. His abilities of reviewing and analysing financial reports, as well as his inquiring and analytical mind, enable him to perform strategic studies for the success of your development and to bring true value to your company.

 

Maud PRETEUX

Maud PRETEUX has a 3 years university degree in English and a 2 years technical degree in International Trade. She is currently completing a master’s degree in International Strategy.

Maud PRETEUX works as a support for France Business Action’s consultants and on the clients’ behalf for studies and researches relating to the missions.

In touch with our partners and the major operators of international trade such as Ubifrance or the Chambers of Commerce and Industry, she is capable of intervening on a wide spectrum of problems going from recruitment to the inventory of financial help and subsidies, as well as targeting potential partners.

Her ability to process and to synthesize information resulting from multiple sources are a precious support for the Senior Consultants’ activity.

 

Yang HUANG

Yang HUANG is currently achieving a Master’s degree in International Management. Born in China, he moved in France shortly after the end of his secondary school. Then, he studied in Lyon at the IAE (Institut d’Administration des Entreprises) for 5 years.

Yang HUANG worked for 6 months in the Coordination Office for the Shanghai World’s Fair, in collaboration with the person in charge of the “Pavillon France”. He took part in the organisation of participants’ forums as well as in contract negotiations with European participants.

Then, he worked in HUAWEI Technologies France, within the Customer Support Service department, and was

responsible for the complete follow-up of export orders (invoice, packing list, faulty tag). Afterwards, he was mandated by a press publishing company to study the terms of creation of a representation office in China.

His technical and intellectual qualities make of Yang HUANG an excellent country-analyst, an asset in economic intelligence, as well as a facilitator in bicultural relations.

Trilingual French-English-Chinese, Yang HUANG is a privileged interlocutor in numerous missions, and more particularly those concerning China.

 

出生于上海,留学法国六年内先后获得里昂商学院IAE de Lyon经济学士学位和国际贸易管理硕士学位。曾在上海世博局国际参展部实习主要从事接待外国参展团来华访问的事宜,以及华为法国代表处备件管理部实习六个月涉及工程备件的库存,物流,以及采购管理。2011年加入France Business Action资讯公司,主要负责媒体,奢侈品,酒类贸易,奢华旅游业,高端海鲜类等新兴行业项目的开发和市场调研。短短几个月,已成功将多家不同领域的法国公司产品带入中国市场。
