More than 600 industry experts were interviewed in order to build this 7th edition of Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Europe, a joint publication by the Urban Land Institute and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Providing an outlook on European real estate investment and development trends (among many other issues), this report offers a classification of the most attractive European cities, according to two criterias: the performance of the existing investments (Paris comes in 3rd position) and the attractiveness for future acquisitions (4th position).
